About Small Group Training:
Our Small Group Training sessions are a motivational 5 weeks of total-body cardio and strengthening workouts. Each group will meet two days a week and can hold up to 6 people, so the workouts are creative and challening, but also based on each participant's indivual fitness level. Whether you're a fitness connaisseur or novice, you're guaranteed to get a full-body, kick-butt workout that will drop body fat and boost your metabolism! These workouts are highly motivational and include different styles of training, such as Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Pilates, Functional, Core-Based, and any other styles that might interest you (just ask!). Every workout will be new and exciting. Within weeks, you'll probably notice a difference in your strength, energy, and overall fitness level, while making a few friends along the way!
