Kelly Gardner - Certified Personal Trainer
Kelly enjoys anything that involves the outdoors. She loves to kayak, hike, and explore historical towns and museums on her free time. Kelly has been an athlete all of her life and believes her job is to "help change the world, one person at a time." She has achieved a degree in Health & Wellness and Chemical Dependency Counseling through Essex Community College. She also has a Personal Trainer Certification through ACE & NASM and is currently pursuing an additional certification through ACSM, as she believes in continuing to broaden her knowledge of health and fitness. Her specialties include strength & endurance training, sports conditioning, weight loss, and mass gain. Kelly's motto is, "Set your goals high and don't stop until you reach them"!
Jeremy Bergolios - Certified Personal Trainer
Jeremy has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2005 and serves as one of AARP's recommended trainers in the Columbia, MD area. Jeremy has a well-rounded background in fitness, sports, and healthy lifestyles, and has experience working with clients of all populations with various goals. He has spent time as a youth leader and camp counselor and has also coached and participated in lacrosse, soccer, track & field, baseball, and basketball. Jeremy also has experience with recreational activities, like rock climbing, skateboarding, and in-line skating.
He enjoys getting to know his clients on a personal basis and helping them
achieve their goals.
Dawn Kirk - Certified Personal Trainer
Dawn was an elementary and middle school teacher for 7 years, before staying home after the birth of her second child. Instead of going back to teaching, she decided to pursue her passion for fitness! Dawn has been training most of her life in one way or another and is now a Certified Personal Trainer. She was a trainer for Peak Performance in Marriottsville, MD and just recently began training in-home clients of her own. Dawn specializes in helping clients develop confidence in themselves and their abilities through progressively challenging workouts. She believes this confidence gives clients the motivation and desire to achieve both their
fitness and personal goals. There is a direct correlation between
improvements in health and self-confidence and improvements in
all other aspects of your life. Dawn uses constantly varied, functional
movements in her workouts to help clients perform better at all of
life's activities. Each workout is a new challenge! Dawn would
love the opportunity to help you find your true potential!
Paula Bathras - Certified Personal Trainer
Fitness and athletics have always been part of Paula's life. As early as 7 years old, Paula has been involved in team sports, such as basketball and softball. She went on to play field hockey and lacrosse in both high school and college, where she was named All-American for two consecutive seasons. Following college, Paula coached high school lacrosse in Howard County. Paula has been a trainer for at least 4 years, now. In addition to working as an in-home trainer, Paula is also the Group Fitness Director, Fitness Instructor, & Personal Trainer at Severn Valley Tennis and Fitness. Paula believes that motivation and accountability are key to
achieving personal fitness goals. With that in mind, Paula is able to
maintain a high level of enthusiasm and dedication from her clients.
She provides clients with the tools they need to stay on track and
achieve the results they are striving for.
Sarah Bregel - Certified Personal Trainer
Sarah is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Personal Training Institute, including 100 hours of Nutrition Education. She loves working out with weight loss clients of any skill level and providing them with fast paced, challenging workouts. Sarah enjoys to running and yoga, which she often incorporates into her training programs. She has an easy-going personality and will strive to make her clients workouts enjoyable and beneficial. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, going to concerts, and hanging out with friends.
Lauri Parson - Certified Personal Trainer
Lauri grew up playing high school basketball and went on to play in college. She took her playing all the way to the USA Women's Basketball Maccabiah Team and also coached girl's AAU Basketball. Overall, her goal is to motivate, inspire, and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. Health and fitness is more than your appearance; exercising makes us feel better, be healthier, and live longer. With patience and persistence, anyone can achieve realistic goals, including high self-esteem, confidence, and a healthy body-image. She specializes in circuit training, strength training, and working with sport-specific athletes of
all ages to work on speed, agility and plyometrics.
Thomas Nairn - Certified Personal Trainer
Thomas' education and experience as a Personal Trainer is quite extensive! As an athlete, himself, Thomas was the Senior Captain of the Men's Soccer Team at Salisbury University. As a trainer, he has worked with Youth Soccer Camps, as well as taking on the roles of Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Assistant Varsity Men's Soccer Coach at Salisbury University. Although he specializes in athletic training and rehab, he enjoys working with clients of all goals, interests, and ages! He currently carries a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, with a Health Minor, and is working his way towards his Master of Science in Applied Health Physiology.
Debbie Halley - Certified Personal Trainer
Debbie Halley is an AFAA certified personal trainer and currently working on her certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is also an AFAA group exercise instructor and is certified through the Arthritis Foundation to help those individuals with arthritic joints, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromalaygia and other related conditions. Debbie has been an avid exerciser all of her adult life and decided to make it a career 5 years ago. She is very passionate about what she does and encourages and educates her clients daily to embrace a healthy lifestyle change.
Tracie Udes - Certified Personal Trainer
Tracie has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2007. She has helped many people lose weight through her programs and focuses on helping clients develop total lifestyle transformation. Tracie stresses the importance of overall health to include cardio strength and good nutrition. Fitness is more than just a physical endeavor! In her time outside of training, Tracie is an avid backpacker and loves the outdoors. When she is not working or spending time with her husband and daughter, she volunteers her time with a co-ed youth venture crew. Tracie
worked as a Personal Trainer at Lynn Bricks from 2007-2008 and now enjoys
providing Boot Camp classes, as well as in-home personal training!
