Well help you set up a personalized meal plan, which you can access online. Youll be able to adjust your meal plan to fit your lifestyle and personal tastes, and have a quick-and-easy grocery list for your weekly meals. With our Personal Training program, you get an entire exercise and nutrition plan. Afterall, nutrition is a VERY important part of any successful fitness program!

Its true that it takes a little extra push every now and then to take your body to the next level. That being said, Fly-By Fitness does NOT practice drill sergeant style training (unless thats what youre looking for, of course!). We are very much tuned into our clients abilities and fatigue levels, whether youre a beginner or an athlete. We know when to make the exercises more intense and when its time to rest. We also make sure prior to any workouts that we have our clients complete health history. We factor that information into the designing and implementing of our clients exercise programs.

With Personal Training, youll never have to worry about boring workouts again! We use many different types of equipment (stability balls, BOSU, resista-bands, free weights, etc.) in many different ways. In fact, you might even forget youre working out!
